【W(wǎng)orking principle】
During assay, the analyte in the sample and the fluorescently labelled antibody form an immune complex, which is solidified in the test area and the control area through a chromatographic process. When the cassette is inserted into the fluorescence immunoassay analyzer, the LED excitation light source illuminates the test area and control area of the cassette to excite the solidified fluorescence immune complex, and the emitted light is collected and converted into electrical signals. The number of fluorescent molecules is strictly related, and the detector automatically calculates the concentration of the analyte in the sample based on the signal obtained from the analyzer.
